Zhongtai gravity filling machine is suitable for automatic bottling
of consistent viscosity liquids, such as air freshener, glass
cleaner, Dettol disinfectant liquid, etc. The gravity filler uses
time-based control and servo-driven piston pump to fill liquid
products. Multiple bottles with different volumes can be
simultaneously filled by one machine, ensuring fast speed and
high-precision filling process. The filling speed is adjustable
according to your specific needs.

Features
- All parts from the liquid/paste filling machine that contact liquid
is made of stainless steel.
- Adopting a servo motor to ensure high-precision filling, and
various bottle capacities can be adjusted easily, such as 200ml,
500ml, 1000ml, and can be placed in the same liquid filling
machine.
- When there is no bottle, filling and capping will not be carried
out.
- The capper can be easily changed to fit different caps.
