liquid accuracy filling, our plc will calculate the filling liquid
and filling pulse automatically and show the filling volume and
remain need filling volume in the touch screen, then if will begin
second time filling automatically. This production line is mainly
used in industries such as daily chemical plants, chemical plants,
and automotive supplies. For example hand sanitizer, laundry
detergent, detergent, shampoo, shower gel, lubricating oil, brake
fluid, glass water, car care products, etc.
- With a digital control panel, it's easy to set or adjust
parameters. It can store the user data, convenient for reusing it
for next-time filling. Smart and efficient.
- Diving nozzles, it can prevent liquid from splashing out. The
filling speed of 4 nozzles can be adjusted separately.The height of
nozzles can be adjusted according to different bottles.
- This machine has automatic working mode and manual mode, which can
be switched freely. In manual mode, you can press the pedal switch
to control the machine to run. Easy to operate.
- With a large hopper, it's easier to pour filling material and
ensures the filling materials can be transported smoothly,
improving working efficiency.
